Potato slices with sriracha aoli, chicken wings and carrot

Are you an aifryer fan? Don't like a weak bite? Or do you prefer your potatoes as crispy as possible? Then go for this tasty recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of CêlaVíta potato slices
  • 8 marinated chicken wings
  • 1 bunch of carrots
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

 

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Preparation

Step 1:

Clean the carrot and cut off the greens. Drizzle this with oil, add the rosemary leaves and mix everything well. Then put this in the oven at 200ºC for 30 minutes until cooked. The carrot can also be cooked in the airfryer at 180ºC for 15 minutes.

 

Step 2:

Put the potato slices in the airfryer at 175ºC for 19-21 minutes, until nicely browned. Shake well in between.

 

Step 3:

Bake the chicken wings in the airfryer at 180ºC for 16 minutes or until nicely browned. Turn them over halfway through.

 

Step 4:

Mix 2 tablespoons of yoghurt mayonnaise with a teaspoon of garlic powder and a tablespoon of sriracha. Mix well.

Serve the potato slices with the carrots, chicken wings and the sriracha aioli.
