Potato tortilla from the airfryer

Need Spanish atmospheres in your home, but no time to travel? Then make this potato tortilla and within 25 minutes you can be at the table. Until then, it's okay to dance!

Ingredients:

  • ½ pack of Granny's baked potatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • Knife tip (smoked) paprika

Step 1:

Preheat the airfryer to 175 °C. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Cut out the seeds (these will not be used). Cut the tomato flesh into cubes.

 

Tip:

Instead of tomatoes, you can use peas or leftover cooked green beans

 

Step 2:

Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and paprika in a large bowl.

 

Step 3:

Mix the potatoes, onion and tomatoes into the eggs.

 

Step 4:

Transfer to the mould, flatten and bake the tortillla in the airfryer for 20 minutes until done. Serve in points with a lettuce salad.
