Potato gratin with courgette
Pretty tricky to make such a gratin yourself. That's why we found a recipe that keeps it simple. Start with the courgette and place the potato slices and courgette in this gratin in a tile fashion and you're all set!

Ingredients:
- CêlaVíta pear slices (450g)
- 2 courgettes
- 10 black olives
- 200 ml (soy) cream
- 150 g grated mature cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut courgettes into slices about 1 cm thick. Halve the olives.

Arrange the potato slices and courgette slices in the baking dish in a tile-like fashion. Stick the halved olives in between.
Tip:
Instead of olives, you can stick pieces of semi-sun-dried tomatoes between the courgette and potato.
Step 3:
Mix the cream with half the cheese and squeeze the clove of garlic over it. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potato and courgette slices.
Step 4:
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the baking dish and place it in the middle of the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
