Texmex wok
Potato wedges, merguez sausages and corn, with tasty texmex seasoning. Quick to prepare and full of flavour.

Ingredients:
- 450g CêlaVíta potato wedges with skin
- 4 Merguez sausages
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 100 g baby corn, halved lengthwise
- 1 white onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp texmex (or cajun) seasoning
- Salt, to taste
1 avocado - A few sprigs of coriander
- 1 lime
Preparation
Step 1:
Heat a grill pan. Grill the merquez sausages all around over medium heat until tender. This will take about 8 minutes.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp sunflower oil. Fry the potatoes for about 8 minutes until golden brown. Then add the baby corn and onion. Wok everything together until golden. Only then add the herbs and salt. Continue to stir for about 1 minute.
Step 3:
Cut the avocado into wedges. Serve the wok with the merquez sausages and avocado.
Garnish with coriander leaves and a slice of lime.
