Spanish stir-fry with chorizo, wedges and peppers

Ingredients:
- 400g CêlaVíta potato wedges
- 2 tbsp oil
- 150 g chorizo, cut into slices of about 1 cm
- 2 peppers cut into strips
- ½ red onion, cut into half rings
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp cumin
- 10 g parsley, finely chopped
- Aïoli, amount to taste
Preparation
Step 1:
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes in it. Shake regularly.
Step 2:
After 8 minutes, add the chorizo and fry until the fat is released. Then add the paprika, red onion, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano and cumin. Fry until the vegetables start to soften and the potatoes are tender, about 6 to 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and mix in the chopped parsley.
Serve the stir-fry with aioli.
